Ralton Asset Management added to its investment team during November on the back of the manager’s continued growth.

Olga Kosciuczyk joined as an Investment Analyst to support Andrew Stanley, Head of Australian Equities, and Roger Walling, Portfolio Manager.

“We’re pleased to have Olga on board. She was a stand-out candidate among the hundreds of applications we received, in particular bringing Australian equities experience from her previous role. She will assist with financial modelling and company analysis with her primary focus on identifying value-creation opportunities within equity markets. This will allow Roger and I more time to focus on portfolio management,” said Mr Stanley.

“It’s great to see Ralton growing. Their managed accounts continue to gain traction among retail and institutional clients thanks to the team’s specialist expertise in this space, solid long-term returns and the sales efforts of Copia’s Distribution team,” said Sam Baillieu, Chief Executive Officer of Copia Investment Partners, the distribution, marketing and administration partner of Ralton Asset Management.

Olga was previously an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Aurora Funds Management where she was responsible for financial modelling, trading and researching securities, with a focus on Australian equities.
